You can see all your settlements and transactions, refund a transaction directly, search for a specific transaction and download reports with the details you need to PDF, CSV or XML. To make bookkeeping easier, you can view the gross amount of your transactions before fees, as well as all your invoices from Nets.
It’s simple to administrate user access and roles. You can grant access to your accountant, your staff or other relevant people to ease the workflow and communication. There is no limit to the number of roles you can create.
Get key facts on your business performance like the development of your card turnover and average purchase value, the busiest hours during the week, the number of returning customers and your customers’ nationalities. The data is available in the portal whenever you have time to dig deeper, or in the app when you want a quick overview.
