How to get started Sign up for the license, activate the app

After you've signed the agreement, you will get an e-mail from Softpay.io, with a link to download the app and login credentials to activate the app on your android device. For most of our customers, this happens within less than 24 hours. The Softpay license is accompanied by a card agreement that enables you to accept payments made with a Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and Dankort payment card, as well as mobile wallets connected to one of those cards.

How it works You’re ready to receive payments

Once you’ve downloaded and activated the app, you’re all set to receive payments. Simply open the app, enter the amount to be paid, hold your android device over your customers card, mobile or smartwatch and the payment is processed.

The solution supports transactions both with and without PIN. Hence, there is no limit to the amount a customer can pay at one time. The money from a sale is in your account within 48 hours.
